Before you order

Include the product name or link and your question about its contents, dimensions, setup or available version. For delivery questions, include the destination country and postal code. Do not assume a gallery photo represents every version.

For an existing order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe the issue and any relevant tracking message. For damaged or incomplete items, keep the packaging and explain which part needs attention.

Keep payment details private

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or security codes. We do not need those details to understand a product or order question.
