Check delivery availability for your address before placing an order. A product being listed in the collection does not mean it can currently be shipped to every destination.

Free standard US shipping

Standard tracked shipping is free to supported United States addresses, with no minimum order value. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after order processing. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Destinations and shipping charges

For items available to order, checkout shows the delivery options available for the entered address and their shipping charges before payment. If no delivery service is offered, do not use a different address simply to complete checkout. Contact us with the product and destination to ask about availability.

Planning for a gift or travel date

Review any item-specific dispatch information and the delivery estimate for the service selected. Processing and transport are different stages, and an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the service expressly says so. Please ask before ordering for an essential deadline.

International deliveries

Destinations, shipping services and customs treatment can differ. Review the charges and tax information displayed at checkout. If duties or destination requirements are not clear, ask before placing the order. Do not assume a domestic offer applies internationally.

Following your package

Open the order-status page from your confirmation or shipping email. When tracking has been provided, use its carrier link for current progress. An initial label does not always mean the carrier has received the parcel, and updates can appear after the next scan.

Address mistakes, delays or delivery problems

Contact us promptly with the order number, destination and the relevant tracking message. Address changes are subject to the order's current stage and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and household first, then contact us for help.
