Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

We want every Mimiblo Play order to arrive as expected. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

The item must be unused or only lightly inspected, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

TOY SELECTION AND CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Please check the toy version, included pieces, dimensions and age guidance before ordering. If the wrong version, color, or set was selected, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from the SKU ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used, altered, damaged, incomplete, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect. Gift cards are non-returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
