How do I choose the right activity?
Start with your child's interests, the play setting and the guidance for the exact item. Our age collections help you browse; the manufacturer's label and warnings take priority. Contact us if you need help with a particular item.
What does my order include?
You receive the color or set selected above. Photos and demonstrations may show other colors or versions; they are not automatically included. Check the item details and contact us before ordering if any contents are unclear.
How can we get started?
Introduce one activity at a time on a suitable surface. Demonstrate slowly, then allow time to explore. Stay nearby, supervise use and keep small parts away from children who may mouth them.
How should I clean and store the toy?
Follow the instructions supplied with the exact item. Do not immerse wooden parts, textiles or mechanisms unless the manufacturer permits it. Check for wear, keep components together and allow cleaned pieces to dry before storing.
Can I choose this as a gift?
Yes. Check the child's interests, the selected version and the delivery estimate before choosing for a particular occasion. Gift wrapping is not currently included; photographs of packaging are not a gift-wrap promise.
When should I expect delivery?
Standard delivery to supported US addresses is free. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
How do the discounts work?
Eligible play mixes receive 10% off for two units or 15% off for three or more units automatically in the bag and at checkout. An eligible first-order code offers 10% off at any quantity. Discounts do not stack; check the discount and total displayed at checkout.
What if the order is not right?
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the published policy. Contact us before returning anything. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
